The Optus Network has been restored and services are now be back online. Some customers may need to restart their device or turn flight mode on then off.

We sincerely apologises for the outage.

Some mobile services are now gradually being restored. It may take a few hours for all services to recover, and different services may be restored to varying sites over that time.

We reiterate our apology to customers for the nationwide service outage that occurred this morning. We will continue to provide updates as we have information available.

Mobile calls to 000 will work if another carrier is available.
