As part of our ongoing commitment to service performance and stability, network engineers will be conducting scheduled network maintenance between Sep 19, 2025, 10:00 PM and Sep 20, 2025, 3:00 AM AEST.

Due to the nature of these works, the following impacts are expected during the maintenance period: 2x up to 5-minute connectivity interruptions for all services and 1x up to 15-minute connectivity interruptions for off-net customers

During this maintenance, engineers will be reconfiguring network services to integrate additional connectivity providers.

Engineers will work to minimise any interruption as much as possible and monitor changes to ensure all services are restored promptly. If you experience a loss of connectivity and your device does not automatically reconnect, please allow 15 minutes then power cycle the device.
