The interruption to inbound SMS messaging has now been resolved, and new inbound SMS messages have been delivered successfully. Any inbound SMS messages received during the interruption were queued and will be delivered shortly.
We are aware of a third-party issue affecting inbound SMS messaging for some virtual mobile numbers. Outbound SMS messaging and Mobile SIMs are not affected.
The third-party engineers are working to correct the issue. However, we do not yet have an ETA for resolution. We will post any updates or ETAs as soon as we receive them.
